Careers with Willow Cottage
We are always on the lookout for dedicated and experienced nursery practitioners, eyp's, qualified teachers, and bank staff (to cover for holidays and training days). We also have a few posts for ancillary workers such as children’s cooks, house-keepers, dinnertime cover etc. At Willow Cottage we really work hard to build dynamic teams for our children. If you are qualified to level 2, 3 or higher we would be delighted to hear from you. If you are experienced with children but not qualified, we can support and train you "In House" into a new and exciting career in childcare & pre-school education.

Qualities essential for joining Willow Cottage
You must be without doubt, dedicated to children, enthusiastic and thorough in your approach. You must enjoy working with under 5’s and have lots of energy and patience. A large proportion of our staff have been working in this company for 10 years or more and so provide stability in the workplace for each other, as well as the children and a very happy environment in which to work.

Each Department throughout Willow Cottage has a strong and effective team committed delivering the best childcare and education possible. Our teams are built up from members chosen (and in many cases hand picked) to complement the other members of the team so producing the correct “balance” for the particular age group of children they are looking after. We are looking for outstanding and committed Nursery Staff to join our happy and friendly teams.
