We currently have a vacancy for a Supervisor to join our team at Owls Leat, near Eynsham, this position will run until August 2010 with a possibility of a permanent contract after this. Applicants must have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in childcare and a genuine interest in working with and helping the development of young children. The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm, experience of managing and developing staff, good planning and organising skills, attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills and good verbal and written communication.
