One of the prettiest places is Marbella's fabled 'Orange Square' which is located just off the main street in the Old Town of Marbella. Towards Gibralta is the local town of San Pedro. It is very typically Spanish and has many charming places to see and excellent restaurants and Tapas bars which are very reasonably priced.
Details of all local Markets and attractions are advertised in the local English newspaper, "The Sur” which is free and available on a Friday from local newsagents.
For the children or those interested in wild life, there is Selwo Animal Park just down the road, Water world at Fuengirola 925 minutes), and for the more daring, the Crocodile park in Torremolinos!
